Classroom rules:
Upon entering the class students need to take out their homework, notebook and a pencil and should be ready to settle down for the class. If students are not in their seats by the second bell it will result in a tardy and you must get a tardy slip from the office.
Students need to take notes in their notebooks, and are expected to pay attention.
You are expected to answer questions during class discussion as this is very important and contributes to your participation grade.
You are expected not the talk when the teacher is talking. You are allowed to talk if given permission.
You are expected to do good quality homework and must be turned in on time. There will be a 10% deduction everyday this is not turned in and are expected to complete them on Friday of each week. Homework not turned in on a Friday will be an automatic zero.
During laboratory activities you are expected to follow the rules and procedure. If required to bring materials, you must have them on the day of the experiment or you will be given a zero for that activity.
